What to put in your message.
Three things help find the cause fastest.
- What you did.
- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead, with any message the app showed.
Find out which app created a file.

Ten lines about your setup help find the cause. They hold no user name, computer name, path or process name.

- Select Help, on the left.
- At the bottom, next to Debug information, select Copy.
